The Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC) is comprised of several offices and programs which provide support to the operational functions within the agency.

Budget Office - The Budget Office is responsible for the development and management of the department's budget.

Business and Finance - Business and Finance acts as a monitor ensuring that all regulatory functions of key areas are maintained and efficiently handled in accordance with the state, federal and departmental laws, policies and regulations pertaining to financial activity.

Human Resources - The Human Resources Bureau is tasked with facilitating a forward thinking approach to providing effective policies, procedures and support to all employees.

Office of the Inspector General - The Office of the Inspector General is manages and oversees the operation of Investigations, PREA Compliance, and Quality Assurance.

Legal Systems - The Legal Systems Bureau provides legal expertise to the Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC) to promote and protect the interests of ADJC, juveniles, employees, victims, and the public. The Legal Systems Bureau is comprised of five offices and ten staff positions.

Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) - PREA applies to all public and private institutions that house adult or juvenile offenders.

Project Zero Tolerance - The Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC) has zero tolerance towards all forms of sexual abuse including sexual harassment.

Research and Development - Research and Development is responsible for gathering, analyzing, organizing, and compiling data used for responding to information requests, completing studies, and preparing reports.
