In compliance with A.R.S. 41-2804(A)(5), the Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC) Continuous Improvement Bureau is responsible for gathering, analyzing, organizing, and compiling data used for responding to information requests, completing studies, and preparing reports for the Director, the Governor's Office, the Legislature, and other persons or entities as authorized. The Bureau emphasizes the use of recidivism data to support public safety and enhance a juvenile's progress in treatment, readiness-for-release from secure care and successful discharge from parole.
